Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum purchase required.

Where do you ship from?

Do you ship outside Canada?

No, we currently ship within Canada only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in original packaging with tags, and include proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom items, or personal care products.
